You see the shortlist before a dollar leaves
Hiring as a Service · engineering, AI and go-to-market hires for startups
We don't wait for applicants.
We find your hire — inside your budget
Any job board gets you 300 applications in 48 hours, most AI-written, off-target or fake.
Someone still has to go through all 300. With us, it's not you
We open them for you.
50+ sources, every candidate screened on camera, 10+ on your desk in 14 days. Your part: a 20-minute brief
You set the budget — we search inside it
Zero screening on your side: 10 finalists on video, not 300 résumés
Beyond applicants: we reach the people who aren't looking, too
You pay nothing until your hire starts. Then a flat $10,000

How we hunt
We run the funnel — you make the final call
For every shortlist we go through 1,000+ people, write to 400 of them personally and run 70+ interviews. You see 10.
Two weeks, zero résumés on your side
Stage 1 — search, not a job post

Agencies charge 20–25% because one recruiter runs one search by hand. Our system runs the first pass across 50+ sources in parallel, and our people spend their time talking to engineers. It costs us the same whether you hire at $120k or $220k — that's why the fee is flat

Hired: few AI/ML engineers · 2026We were hiring three roles at once - AI Engineer, ML Engineer and a C++ VoIP engineer. The AI roles are hard enough; the VoIP one is the kind of search most recruiters quietly give up on. HaaS ran all three in parallel and within two weeks I had 10+ screened candidates for every one of them. My part was picking who to meet
Questions we hear on every call
1. How is this different from a recruiting agency?
Agencies forward whoever applied and charge 20–25%. We run the whole funnel — applying or not, 50+ sources — screen every candidate on camera, and charge a flat $10,000 on start with a 6-month replacement instead of 90 days
2. Will candidates know it's my company?
Only when you want them to. We can run the first outreach under HaaS, then introduce your company when there is mutual interest
3. What exactly have you checked before I see a candidate?
Identity, employment history, seniority, English, motivation, salary expectations and fit for your role. Every candidate also completes an AI interview and a live video interview
4. Can you find a senior engineer under $100k?
Often, yes. You set the budget first and we show who actually exists at that number before you spend anything
5. If the engineer is outside the US — who employs them, and who owns the IP?
You can hire directly or keep the engineer on our payroll. The contract includes a full IP assignment, NDA and the paperwork your company needs
6. Why a 6-month guarantee?
Because 90 days is barely enough to finish onboarding. If the hire does not work out within six months, we run the replacement search at no extra fee
